Overview
The authors submit recent findings on high frequency oscillation ventilation in the treatment of IRDS inpremature neonates. They describe the principles and basic rules of application of this ventilation method. Theauthors present an account on the results of meta-analytical processing of control trials in the context of „evidencebased medicine“.
