To present the case report on a very serious life-threatening condition.Setting: Gynecology-Obstetrics Ward, Regional Hospital, Pardubice.Case Report: HELLP syndrome with the development of DIC and hepatorenal failure in primigravidaafter IVF with multiple pregnancy.
