Individually prepared medicinal products represent one of the forms of personalisation of pharmacotherapy in palliative care. We use the full range of individually prepared medicinal products for symptom management and rational supportive care, especially in situations where a medicinal product with appropriate therapeutic properties is not available for the patient.
