The purposes of precision medicine are main reasons for necessity of knowledges´ clinical laboratories on using the omics methods. The aim of this short communication is to provide basic and recent information on the metrological traceability (biometrology) and on the preanalytical conditions in this area. Namely for routine using the liquid biopsy methods to fast detection of oncologic diagnosis. Another part of this short communication is information on SPIDIA and SPIDIA4P programs for improvement of preanalytical phase quality in omics methods
