Complete duplication of bladder and urethra as organic cause of lower urinary tract dysfunction

Overview
Very rarely in the practice of urology, we come across exceptional congenital anomalies like complete duplication of the urinary bladder and urethra. Despite the fact that many laymen „appreciative“ to have two bladders, except for the associated problems, this anomaly does not offer any benefit to the pacient.
