The case study presents the solution of a patient’s complaint to a diabetologist.We clarified the substance of theconflict between the patient and diabetologist by the assessment of medical records, we played the role ofa conciliation judge and resolved the complaint.The patient was informed about his duties by the health insuranceoffice.
