Overview
The author paid attention to practical exercise using an increasingly used remedy in rehabilitation practice – sc. balance step (two hemispheres made from an elastic rubber which are fixed under lower extremity soles by bends). It is based especially on the author’s training practice and an attempt is made to summarize the already known information, to develop new and subsequently identify and classify all individual exercises into a method series for application in therapeutic medical practice. All 58 exercises are classified in five subsequent chapters – introductory exercise, basic exercise, exercise of more advanced individuals, exercises of sport character and basic stretching. The study is supplemented by 19 photographs and pictures.
