A Contribution to Discussion on Untoward Effects of Non-steroid Antirheumatics

Overview
The author briefly reviews mechanisms of effect of non-steroid antirheumatics (NSA). Based on this information the survey of untoward effects of these drugs pays particular attention to effects on cardiovascular system. These negative effects are discussed in particular. In conclusion, the authors outline general recommendations for the administration of NSA in view of present opinions on this problem.
