Overview
This paper gives a review of basic lumbar spine stability principles. The possible assessment oflumbar spine stability by clinical tests is presented as well as its possible improvements byprogressive dynamic stabilization. The article describes principles, aims, advantages and disadvantagesof this therapy. There is a practical stabilization exercise program presented at the end.
