Overview
The second part of this publication deals with the active participation of the patient. Only the simplest,but most specific techniques are described which can be carried out by the patient, after instructionby the therapist. In addition to automobilization, these techniques include McKenz ie’s method,correction of respiration, the function of the foot, the deep stabilisation system, trunk flexion and howto lift light objects, how to carry weights, and straightening up of the mid thoracic spine, and how todetermine the place of support with the patient seated.
