Overview

Brain metastasis of malignant melanoma pose approximately 10% of all brain metastasis. In event that the primary tumour is unknown, the diagnostics of malignant melanoma metastasis could be difficult [1, 2]. In our case report we present the case of 35-years-old woman, which felt unconscious suddenly, because of high intracranial pressure caused by tumorous brain expansion.

The aim of our report is to describe the course of her disease, because of very late end diagnosis establishment, when the primary tumour was found out randomly.

Key words:
malignant melanoma metastasis – atypic meningeoma – malignant schwannoma
