Overview

The authors concentrated on a study of human vocal folds microstructure. Enlargement of knowledge about architecture of human’s larynx vocal folds could increase the possibilities of diagnostics and health procedures. The aim of the study was to extend understanding of the laryngeal microstructure in term of vibrating stress. The authors used the elaboration microscopic cuts from different parts of glottic’region and various painting systems. In the centre of authors interest were structures with tight relation to ability (human larynx) of high tolerance to extreme vibrations during speaking or singing. Before we knew special formations of vocal folds which are adapted on high stress (special epitel edge of focal fold, spiral vessels, complicated architecture of Reinke space (submucosal layers) or macula flava anterior and posterior). The autors have detected same others, such as unequal distribution of elastic componen of the fibrous tissue. Its high concetration near the margin of muscle helps to protect it. Heterogenous distribution of vessles with the highest density are in close submucosal space. They found intermediary epittel in of mucosa anterior commisure of the vocal folds. It is important for an origin tumor diseases.

Key words:
