S u m m a r y:
We present the case of a 65-year-old man with severe epistaxis under the diagnosis ofhereditary haemorrhagic teleangiectasia. We performed Young’s modified procedure (closure ofnostrils). This presents a not well known surgical procedure of epistaxis in patients with severesymptoms of HHT. In the article we present the surgical techniques and the follow-up 12 monthsafter the operation.Key words:
