Overview
The author presents the most frequent clinical findings of degenerative spine changes with special reference to vertebral disk prolapse in view of her experience as a neurologist and expert opinion physician. She discusses the contribution on modern diagnostic and therapeutic methods, but also their ambiguous impact on the patient prognosis from the point of view of working disability and invalidity.
