Diabetes mellitus and medical advisory problems, some diagnostic and medical opinion problems in diabetes

Overview

The objective of the work was to investigate various defects in diabetes, to consider medical opinion problems and to draw attention to occurrence of some rather rare or so far not recognized complications of diabetes, especially of neuropathology nature, which become involved in advisory problems particularly in the area of disability (in view of the advisory problems also in the area of social security) and a contribution to the case of a dependent person. Moreover, objective was also to express the author’s opinion from the standpoint of new or presently emphasized therapeutic procedures to the medical opinion problems (e.g. the problem of diabetic foot and Charcot osteoarthropathy with the need of long-term relief) of some serious diabetic complications.
