The article is addressed above all to revision medical officers with ENT speciality who together with phoniatristsare from the diagnostic aspect the closest collaborators of the clinical logopedist. This comment is essential inthe introduction as it explains the reduction of the problem to obscure points in the r evision activities and trainingprerequisites for discipline 903. Information on the discipline will be the subject of a separate paper.
