Review Article
Bolesti paty jsou v naší populaci relativně častým klinickým symptomem. Úspěšná terapie vychází z etiologie obtíží. Nejčastějším zdrojem bolesti je mechanický podklad, a to jak na dorzální, tak plantární straně patní kosti. Terapie zahrnuje spektrum postupů od režimových opatření až po operační intervenci.
