Současné trendy diagnostiky a léčby zlomenin člunkové kosti

Současná diagnostika zlomenin člunkové kosti je založena na klinickém a rentgenovém vyšetření s doplněním výpočetní tomografie, jejíž nález je klíčový pro rozhodnutí o dalším léčebném postupu. Všechny nestabilní zlomeniny člunkové kosti je nutno ošetřit operačně s možností využít některý z miniinvazivních postupů. Také některé stabilní zlomeniny skafoidea lze, v souladu s přáním pacienta, ošetřit chirurgicky a snížit tak dobu rekonvalescence a pracovní neschopnosti nemocného.
