Patofyziologické mechanizmy syndrómu aspirácie mekónia

Na vzniku syndrómu aspirácie mekónia sa zúčastňujú viaceré patomechanizmy, najmu obštrukcia dýchacích ciest, chemický zápal, porucha funkcie pfúcneho surfaktantu, toxické poškodenie tkaniv a porucha samočistiacich mechanizmov pfúc a dýchacích ciest. Objasnenie ech účasti pri MA5 je nevyhnutným predpokladom kauzálnej liečby.
