SAPHO syndrom u šestnáctiletého chlapce

Šestnáctiletý chlapec byl léčen pro artritidu a osteitidu s lokalizací na přední stěně hrudní, levém kotníkua páteři. Tyto projevy se objevily 5 týdnů po výrazném zhoršení akné. Lokální kožní n ález i projevy na lokomočnímsystému se po terapii zlepšily. Dlouhodobě však přetrvává sterno-kosto-klavikulární hyperostóza. SAPHO syn-drom byl definován v roce 1987 jako jednotka, zahrnující kožní projevy (těžké formy akné nebo pustulosispalmoplantaris) v koincidenci s kostně kloubní symptomatologií - neinfekční osteitidou, hyperostózou a artritidou.
