Autoimmune hepatitis is a rare complication of treatment with biologicals. Author describes a case of autoimmune hepatitis in 46-year-old women with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis treated with infliximab. He emphasizes the importance of liver function test monitoring before each drug administration and the difficulties in diagnosis of this serious disease.
