Overview
The article presents the results of a phototherapy survey in the Czech Republic, focused on the availability, equipment, capacity, indications, protocols, therapeutic combinations, limitations and other parameters. Discussion deals with the phototherapy dosing and protocols useful for clinical practice. In the end the recommendations for phototherapy medical records and the patients’ education material, including informed consent, are discussed.
