Objective:
We present a case report of 47-years old woman with a rare mesenchymal tumor misdiagnosed as a cyst Bartholins gland.Design:

Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare mesenchymal tumor, which is occuring more in women, affects the vulva, perineum and pelvis. Typical is slowly and infiltrative growth with high-risk of local recurence.Keywords:
