Overview

Aim of study:
In the work the authors describe oral lichen planus of the oral mucosa (OLP). They discuss the classification of this disease, which was first listed for dermatological practice. They describe the Andreadis classification, which is proven in dental practice in connection with the clinical division of gingivitis desquamativa. In practice, for the needs of oral medicine the OLP clinical division is used in three forms: reticular form, plaque form and erosive form.
