The author deals with ethical aspects of the domain and concentrates on the following fundamentaltopics: diagnosis, treatment, research and rights of children. In the conclusion states, that thedevelopment of child psychiatry is closely connected with the personal sensitivity of competentauthorities to the ethical problems mentiomed.
