This article describes the process of feminization since permission for women to study pharmacy in 1900 till 2000, based on data analysis, in three aspects – number of graduates from Czech universities, number of women working in pharmacies and number of women among pharmacy owners / managers. Women predominate among graduates since after the World War II, as pharmacy workers since 1950s and pharmacy managers since 1980΄s.
