Bronchopleurální píštěl a selektivní ventilace plic s použitím HFV - kazuistika

Kazuistika popisuje průběh úspěšné léčby abscedující bronchopneumonie s bronchopleurální píštělí vedoucí k pyopneumotoraxu. Je popsánastrategie umělé plicní ventilace se selektivní intubací a ventilací postižené plíce pomocí vysokofrekvenční tryskové ventilace a objemové ventilacezdravé plíce v režimu BIPAP. Rozbor se týká problematiky antibiotické léčby s důrazem na důležitost toalety bronchiálního stromu cíleným pravidelnýmbronchoskopickým odsáváním.
