APRV (Airway Pressure Release Ventilation) a BIPAP (Biphasic PositiveAirway Pressure) u dětí bez závažné plicní patologie

34 pediatrických pacientů, kteří vyžadovali UPV, ale bez závažné plicní patologie (ALI/ARDS) bylo ventilováno APRV/BIPAP. Sledovány bylyacidobazická rovnováha, nastavení ventilátoru a indexy oxygenace a ventilace. U všech pacientů bylo dosaženo uspokojivých hodnot krevních plynů(pO2 11,5 kPa v čase 0 hod a 12,3 kPa v 72. hod, pCO2 6,33 a 4,27 kPa, p
