The objective of the first part of the paper is to present the basic terminology and types of the conflict. The second part focuseson facing or preventing conflicts. The conflict is a way of life, something we cannot live without, something which is a part ofour everyday life. The absolute state without conflicts will probably follow our death. Basically, it is impossible to get rid ofconflicts.
