Overview
The article deals with a complicated solving of a general contraindication of spa treatment in a client suffering from incontinence. First, he applies for the exemption from the indication list, after the refusal he states self treatment. Therefore, consistent controls of using health care are necessary, it is not possible to rely exclusively on data of contractual partners.
