New procedures mostly related to transplantations, some of them to diagnostics of autoimmune diseases, one procedure directed to an immunoflorescence proof of an infectious agens in a biological material and others on the diagnostics of a specific IgE against the mixture of inhalation and food allergens are presented in the List of health procedures with point values from 2006 (Directive of the Ministry of Health of CR No. 493/2005) at the end of the chapter No. 813 – an allergology and immunology laboratory. The paper provides basic information on new procedures and deals with the impact of these diagnostic procedures in the clinical practice and also with a rationale which lead to their including into the List of health procedures with point values.
