Overview
The payment of the spa treatment in Slovakia must be guaranteed by the form No. E 112. It is necessary to respect conditions of the Slovak indication list while providing the spa treatment. The indication list in CR differs substantially from the indication list in Slovakia. The most frequent indications of the treatment: diseases of the locomotor system, skin diseases, respiratory diseases.
