The authors give an account of the classification of professional activities in stomatosurgical in-patient facilitiesin Prague. They mention the different manner of reporting in in - and out-patient departments in stomatology.Subsequently they deal with revisory activities in in-patient departments and describe errors in reporting andtheir subsequent rectification.
