The basic problems of control and revisory activity and the most serious shortcomings in provision and refundingof domiciliary care (speciality 925-home nurse) were discussed in a previous paper (Listy revizního lékarství3/2000). The present paper is therefore focused on the method of control and revisory activity and some urgentproblems regarding indication and refunding of domiciliary care.
