Mechanical Diagnostics and Therapy – Advantage of the Treatment According to McKenzie

Overview
The objective of the article is to refer to the concept and advantage of the treatment according to McKenzie. It is based on examination of the patient by repeated movements in different panes with the aim to find a suitable therapy, which consists in specific exercise. In this way it is possible to examine and treat the patients with difficulties in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine from acute to chronic stage of the disease.
