Overview
In testing the work potential of the individual the authors selected suitable tests and simultaneous dealt with the question of succession of the outputs for the possibility to place the client at the job market.
The description of existing workplaces was made easier by selection of suitable tests. The output of testing was oriented on work placement and possibility of the client or to perform the work or to suggest modification making it possible to perform actual working position.
In the Czech Republic there are descriptions of the workplaces possible in the form of professiograms (profession record) and the Integrated System of Typical Positions is available to general public.Key words:
