Overview
The author discusses the evaluation of the effect of therapeutic exercises using physio ballsaccording to the FBL concept of Klein-Vogelbach. Using polyelectromyography (8-channel EMG),the author used in healthy probands kinesiological analysis evaluating during exercises the sequenceand intensity of involvement of different muscles or muscle groups. The results of the investigationproved that there are certain differences between empirically described effects of exercises accor-ding to the FBL concept of Klein-Vogelbach and the results obtained by PEMG analysis. In c onclusionthe author indicates the orientation of future research of the given problem.
