Overview

Based on an analysis of statistical data on the development of terminated cases of work incapacityon account of „backache“ in 1960–90, there is evidence of an increase of the number of cases ofassociated diagnoses. However, the problem of the relationship of work incapacity and „backache“has not been resolved.
