Vnútorné hernie – menej častá príčina ileóznych stavov

Vnútorné hernie patria k menej častým príčinám črevnej nepriechodnosti. Ich klinické prejavy sú veľmi rôznorodé a diagnostické postupy často nepresvedčivé. Preto sú diagnostikované väčšinou až peroperačne pri operáciách ileóznych stavov (74 %). Autori prezentujú kazuistiku pacienta s anamnestickým údajom resekcie žalúdka podľa BII s GEA hospitalizovaného s intermitentnými bolesťami brucha, opakovaným zvracaním, ktoré vyústilo k operácii pre ileózny stav. Peroperačne bola verifikovaná inkarcerácia tenkých kľučiek retroanastomicky pod Braunovu anastomózu do omega kľučky. Operácia spočívala v repozícii herniovaného čreva a v sutúre herniálneho otvoru.
