Postkatetrizační pseudoaneuryzma a. radialis je raritní komplikací, vzhledem k četnosti její punkce. A. radialis je dobře přístupná pro ošetření místa vpichu po odstranění katetru. Uvádíme patogenezi vzniku, prevenci a možnosti chirurgického řešení pseudoaneuryzmat a. radialis.
