Overview
The author summarizes the knowledge from special presentations from the field of work psychology presented at the 19th consultation day of the National Institute of Public Health. The contribution is divided into two parts which deal with the mental work load and mobbing. The aim of the paper is to present at least some of the theoretical assumptions of leading experts in the field.
