The contribution presents the proposal of the conception of the field „Occupational Diseases“ in the version, which wasapproved by the committee of the Society for Occupational Diseases of the Czech Medical Association of J. E. Purkyně andaddressed to the Scientific Council of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic for further discussions. The field deals withclinical issues of all diseases, which develop or exist in relation to work.
