Overview
The author describes significant changes in legal regulations valid from 1st January 2015 and their impact on attending and evaluating physicians well as the patients and clients in the system of insurance (retirement, medical services, health insurance) as well as the non-insurance (physically or visually/handicapped cards for medium-, severe- or very severe handicap which may including autism, respectively, mobility subsidy).
