The paper deals with possible part of the doctors in medical assessing service in medical interpretation of non-medical problem of the citizens. The paper asks, whether the problems basically economical and social are not marked as health problem with the help of the terms disease, invalidity, socially neutralized, limiting thus recognition and solution of the problem. The paper asks, if the situation does not lead to deformed medical assessment and show the existing tools of medical assessment appropriate for objective assessment.
