General knowledge of the problem and complete and objective detection of the general health state of the evaluated person makes it possible for the advisory physician to evaluated functional consequences of the medical defect in rela­tion to all social systems and benefits based on long-term unfavorable health state, functional defect, possible risks and complications and to determine correctly the terms of control medical examinations.
