The paper presents a very common problem of the current population. Incontinence is a social problem which influences the quality of life and represents high financial costs for an individual and society. The types of incontinence and treatment options are briefly presented in the clinical part. In the review part, the author presents particular review categories in relation to incontinence and possibilities of social benefit.
