The objective of the article is to make readers acquainted with psychology of work and its main fields and also to present itsconception and main goals. A great space is devoted to particular working conditions such as lighting, air, noise, andmanagement of colours at a workplace. The last part deals with the influence of adverse conditions on the organism andperformance in a worker.
