The major aims of the social assurance based on international agreements in the selected states of the European Union arecharacterized. Within the Health status examination for the set of billing statements for a specific period of time only two socialcondition (the disease and invalidity) in Austria, Germany and Great Britain are compared with those in the Czech Republic.
