The article deals briefly with connections between the submitted act on health care and other recommended regulations andperspective international obligations of the Czech Republic in the sphere of health services, important for the status of thepatient, protection of his rights and for defining rights and responsibilities of doctors and other health workers as regardsprovision of health care.
