Overview
The authors present a case of chylous ascites that developed after robot‑assisted retroperitoneal lym phadenectomy. The intranodal lymphography with an oil‑based contrast media was performed due to unsuccessful conservative treatment. After the lym phography chylous ascites ceased. This case report shows the possibility of treating postoperative chy lous ascites with a radiological mini‑invasive method.
